We ship all orders via USPS.

Delivery Time:

  • Most orders arrive within 2–5 business days in the U.S. via First Class Shipping.

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–7 business days (weekends not included).

  • Holiday Notice: During U.S. holidays, processing may take up to 10 business days.

  • Tracking: All orders include tracking so you can follow your package.

Free Shipping: Our FREE SHIPPING offer applies to the total order amount after any discounts or promotions.
 

Rush & Express Options: Occasionally, we offer rush processing or express shipping for an additional fee.

Shipping Locations: Currently, we ship only to the 50 United States. We hope to expand to more locations soon!

We do not accept returns, refunds, or cancellations.

 

Shipping & Lost Packages:

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

  • All orders are sent with tracking.

  • Any lost or stolen packages must be tracked and resolved directly through the shipping provider.

 

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items:

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt.

  • If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately using the Contact Us button below. We will evaluate the issue and work with you to make it right.

  • Do not attempt to return any item without first receiving an authorization number, as we cannot accept unauthorized shipments.
